This agreement sets out your rights and obligations, and those of proofofpurchase.co.uk ("proofofpurchase"), in relation to www.proofofpurchase.co.uk ("the website") and the services offered.

You must take the time to read and understand it before registering with proofofpurchase. By registering, you accept that you are indicating that you accept these terms and conditions. Visitors to the website who do not register are similarly bound by these terms and conditions each time they access the website. People who register with the website must be at least 18 years of age.
 
Registration enables users to register and maintain information on products they have purchased and contribute to any forums and threads that are currently open.

We will notify registered users 20 and 10 days before renewal. Each notification will include the date when renewal is to take place, together with link information to the appropriate registration website.
 
You undertake to register with the website using accurate and current information about yourself. As part of the registration process to the website, you will receive a verification email, the purpose of which is to take reasonable steps to ensure that the email address you have nominated during registration is controlled by you.

Fees paid by a registered users will not be rebated or refunded by the website. In compliance with current EU law the purchaser has the right to cancel any formed contract within 7 days of placing an order or within 7 days of receipt of such order (whichever is the greater).  The Purchaser must inform the website of such cancellation by email.

The website has no control over or responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any material available on the website, whether provided by registered users or others.
 
If any third party sites are linked to from the website, this does not mean that we endorse or have any responsibility for the site in question or anything which appears on it.
 
Your use of the website is entirely at your own risk.
 
You acknowledge that all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the website are owned by the website.

You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of this Agreement by you or through a machine on which you access the website.
 
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
