This agreement sets out your rights and obligations, and those of Proof of Purchase Limited ("proofofpurchase"), a company registered in England (registration no. 05703989), in relation to www.proofofpurchase.co.uk ("the website") and the services offered.
You must take the time to read and understand it before registering with proofofpurchase. By registering, you accept that you are indicating that you accept these terms and conditions. Visitors to the website who do not register are similarly bound by these terms and conditions each time they access the website. You should be aware that this Agreement may change from time to time.
The proofofpurchase Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and conditions, and by agreeing to these you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data as detailed in that policy.
People who register with proofofpurchase must be at least 18 years of age.
Registration enables users to:
- register and maintain information on products they have purchased,
- post products for sale,
- recommend repair companies
We will notify registered users 20 and 10 days before renewal. Each notification will include the date when renewal is to take place, together with link information to the apropriate registration website.
